One key concept that really resonated with me. The idea that improving nutrition comes before improving social economic status. Ever since I started practicing therapeutic carbohydrate restriction I have looked at folks who are not thriving and thought "what if I could get them on a very low carbohydrate rich in animal products diet. Then they would do better at home and at work. Great to hear Peter discuss the idea.
Almost all my good ideas came from someone else, John! I don't know where the kernel/germ (see what I did there?) of this concept started, but I know that we've spoken about it (in Monterey, at least), and that your thoughts have helped it grow. Thanks!
Looking forward to this listen! Also, wowie zowie about the other episode containing info that maybe have caused suppression. Sounds like a reason to go listen to it on another platform. Don't tell me what I can't know, YouTube!

This was excellent, thank you. (Of course the previous episode was, too.)
Thank you!

The Streisand effect, perhaps... ? :-)
Or Cartman effect, "I do what I want!"
