I’m attending the 4th International Keto Live Conference in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
I get to lead two “Walk and Talk” sessions during the conference. This is a new experience for me and I really enjoyed it. Several folks asked for reference materials. Here’s a list of several that I’ve given in formal presentations:
“Foods of Animal Origin: A prescription for global health.” Animal Frontiers, Oct 2019. Vol 9, No. 4
“The Societal Role of Meat,” Apr 2023, Animal Frontiers, Vol 13, Issue 2
“Animal source foods in ethical, sustainable & healthy diets” (a dynamic white paper)
The Dublin Declaration of Scientists on the Societal Role of Livestock
AgNext CSU (Sustainable Solutions for Animal Agriculture)
CLEAR (Clarity and Leadership for Environmental Awareness and Research) Center at UC Davis
Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners, especially the Clinical Guidelines for Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction
Ruminati Reading List (US Amazon link) Books on a variety topics that I've found interesting and helpful
“Environmental Realities of Beef and Resource Use” a paper I put together.
Peter- Thanks for sharing this. Enjoyed the visuals of Switzerland as well. Hope you're well this week. Cheers, -Thalia
